Jim is super courteous and responsive to questions. He has very reliable subcontractors that work with him and all are great quality. He’s very thorough, super communicative, able to give you a full timeline, and has great craftsmanship. Everything was completed on time and the quality of the bathroom is great. In fact, we had a great moment where the tile layer made some recommendations with some excess material to create a wonderful niche which has become the focal point within the shower. Very happy with how this turned out which is our second successful project.
